Flashing Assembly 
Zilla™ Flashing is superior to all comparable products on the market. The Zilla™ Flashing Assembly can be used with any available standoff and mounting components. The longevity of this product is outstanding, outlasting the roof and the solar system simply due to innovative engineering that protects all of the degradable components.
The Zilla™ Flashing Assembly is sold in a 4 piece component set. This assembly includes: double stud bolt, silicone washer, flashing and base plate. Pieces may be purchased separately upon request.
Zilla™ Rac Can be Utilized For All Solar Applications.

NEX® Tube is perfectly compatible with Zilla™ racking & mounting components. Our steel NEX® tubing is strong, versatile, easy to work with, and requires no welding. The key is this extraordinary system is the octagonal shape of the tubing that offers resistance to force from all directions. This design allows larger spans with minimal roof penetrations. Currently available in high strength steel, and 6005-T5 aluminum. Made with recycled aluminum.
RED3 Tilted Ballasted System *New Product* 
Zilla™’ s (TBS) series is used on flat or nearly flat roof surfaces. Engineered to meet infinite tilt angle options, while eliminating penetrations of the roofing membrane. For mid-size to utility scale systems. Engineered for all wind zones. Capable of dispersing point loads utilizing ballast only. Shipping expense minimized by allowing for local sourcing of ballast materials. Installation time is dramatically sped up, taking seconds to install individual panels.
Helical System 
The Zilla™ Helical System is used in ground mount installations. Requiring no concrete, this ground anchoring system is undeniably the fastest and easiest way to attach a system to the ground. Helical Anchors can be set in less than five minutes each, and are immediately ready for leveling and attachment. Foundation, racking and panels can be completely installed in a single day. The Zilla™ Helical System works best when used in soil class 3 (sandy gravel) to soil class 5 (silty clay), in order for the helical to penetrate the earth successfully. Helicals will not auger into bedrock or soil with high concentrations of large (>6” diameter) rocks.
Connecting Components
Offering a wide variety of options, Zilla™ incorporates: adjustable standoffs (below) and other mounting hardware options, allowing the racking to outlast the solar system. Simple installation & less material used, cuts the costs of traditional racking systems significantly. Interchangable with standard hardware in order to mount flush, angled, ground, pole, awning or other special applications. The Zilla™ Flashing completely integrates with NEX® Tube racking and components.
